When we suddenly found ourselves looking to buy a house two years earlier than planned and not prepared really at all it didn’t look good. Then we added on a deadline rapidly approaching and also the hope of keeping our kids in the same school and it looked impossible. We had a lot of asks and not a ton of leverage to trade. Kathy helped us find a house in our price range and in our exact same neighborhood much less our school system. I can’t imagine how anyone could do any better than she did and we’ll always be grateful. We’re currently moving in with over a month to spare on our extremely tight deadline because Kathy knew what we didn’t and guided us through the stressful process with ease. Kathy helped us find our home the first day looking. It was the second house we saw and Kathy immediately put our offer in and helped us through the way. We’ve never purchased a home before so Kathy’s expertise was extremely helpful and made the process easy.
